2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout — Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR).

  • VAT: For private consumers in Denmark and the EU, prices include 25% Danish VAT (moms). For business (B2B) customers, prices are shown excluding VAT.
  • Payment: Your payment method is authorised at checkout and charged when we begin work, deliver your files, or provide access — whichever happens first.

3. Your Order

Anything shown on the site is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.

4. Delivery

Unless we have agreed a separate timeline for a larger project, your digital files, code, and access are delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase, with no reason required.

How to withdraw

Email admin@sitewrightlabs.com within 14 days of your purchase, stating that you wish to withdraw. We'll confirm and refund any amount due.

If you ask us to start delivery straight away — for example, by downloading files or receiving access right after purchase — you agree that delivery begins before the 14-day period ends, and you accept that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun.

6. Right to Complain (Reklamationsret)

Everything we deliver is covered by the 24-month right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven):

  • 24-month period: If something we delivered was defective at the time of delivery, you can raise a complaint within 24 months of receiving it.
  • Digital content: In line with the EU Digital Content Directive, we provide the updates and fixes needed to keep a purchased service working for its agreed duration.

7. Data and Privacy (GDPR)

To complete your order we collect and process your name, email address, and address. We handle this information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Law and Complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the EU. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you can take it to:

  • Denmark: Nævnenes Hus / Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg — naevneneshus.dk.
  • Elsewhere in the EU: the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
